Strickland Ancestry Glasgow Scotland

This evening, I am posting an image of a grave marker from Cathcart cemetery, Glasgow. This records the death of:

Elizabeth Lapsley,widow of Esmond Strickland, on Sept 21 1888 age 63 yrs.

    Great site. I have Elizabeth Lapsley's date of death as 1886. On enlarging your photo the last number seems to be a six rather than an eight but only on careful examination.
