James Wilson Ancestry Pollockshaws Glasgow
This afternoon, I am departing from my 'normal' tombstone based records. Earlier today I visited Greenbank House, Newton Mearns, Glasgow which is a stately home and in the care of the National Trust. On the wall of the dining room is a Wilson family tree dating back to 1750. This family, being based in Lochwinnoch, has nothing to do with Greenbank House; the family tree was left to the National Trust who thought Greenbank an appropriate place to display the information.
