This evening, I am posting a video clip of a very old, Marshall family memorial stone located at Laigh Old Kirk, Paisley.
This simply carries the inscription:
"John Marshall, Manufacturer in Paisley and his children 1783"
Significance of the date relative to the deceased is not stated. No mention made of John Marshall's wife.
