This evening I am posting information on Mayors family history a sourced from a memorial stone at Eastwood Old Cemetery, Glasgow. This records the deaths of:

• George, son of Henry and Eleanor Mayors who while cycling was run into and killed by a motor car June 3rd 1913 age 15 yrs 11months.
• Eleanor Tully, wife of Henry Mayors, died Nov 25th 1918 age 56 yrs.
• Henry Mayors died July 27th 1944 age 80 yrs
