McDowall Family History, Glasgow, Scotland

This afternoon, I paid a visit to Cathcart Old Cemetery, Glasgow. Here I found this interesting McDowall family memorial stone which records the deaths of:

• Agnes Neilson Ritchie, wife of James McDowall, who died April 24th 1917 age 71 yrs
• John, who died in infancy
• James McDowall who died Nov 28th 1930 age 85 yrs.
• William McDowall who died Aug 2nd 1939 age 61 yrs.
• Daughter, Jane McCaig died Sept 14th 1944
• James McDowall who died in Australia July 1951 age 69 yrs.
• Archibald Ritchie McDowall died May 23rd 1952 age 73 yrs.
