This evening, I am posting information on Caldwell family history as sourced from a memorial at Old Cathcart Cemetery. This records the deaths of:

• Hamilton MacLaren Caldwell, born Kilbarchan on Sept 23rd 1821, died Glasgow April 7th 1891.
• Jeanie Semple, born at Busby on Aug 19th 1821, died at Glasgow May 23rd 1892.
• Hamilton MacLaren Caldwell, died March 4th 1931 age 46 yrs.
• Maggie Craig, wife of George B Caldwell, born July 27th 1859, died Jan 24th 1896.
