This evening, I am posting information on Downie family history as sourced from a memorial stone at Cathcart Cemetery,Glasgow. This was erected by Mary Downie Mitchell in memory of her brother:
- William Downie M.A., M.B., C.M. who died at Liverpool on Oct 17th 1913 age 74 years..
