This evening, I am posting information on Jack family history, as sourced from a memorial stone at Castlehead Church Burial Ground. Part of the inscription is eroded. The stone records the deaths of:

• David Jack on ?? age 61 years.
• Margaret Johnson on Aug 8th 1882, age 76 yrs.
• William Drennan on March 17th 1881, age 51 years.
• James Spence on Oct 26th 1883, age 33 yrs.
• William Drennan on July 4th 1869, age 2 yrs.
• James Spence in April 29th 1883, age 1 yr.
• Peter Simpson on March 20th 1883, age 6 yrs.
• James Drennan on Feb 11th 1891, age 30 yrs.
