Logan Ancestry, Glasgow, Scotland

This afternoon, I am posting information on Logan family history as sourced from a memorial at Kirk Lane burial ground, Glasgow. This records the deaths of:
  • Martha Anderson on Nov 14th 1866 age 4 yrs.
  • John Logan on Dec 19th 1867 age 19 months.
  • Martha Logan on May 25th 1896, age 64 yrs.
  • John Hall on Oct 18th 1901, age 65 yrs.

    I am a descendant of Logan's in Glasgow. My great grandfather Thomas McWilliams Logan, and many other Logans are buried in the Southern Necropolis, which I have visited. My great grandfather had a fruit n veg shop in Norfolk street in Girbals area, they lived at 72 Chancellor street in Partick for at least 3 generations. Not sure of Kirk Lane is it near South Necropolis?
