This evening, I am posting comment on my experience of providing personal ancestry themed tours from Glasgow and West of Scotland,

My visitors express a desire to connect with their personal ancestry via a combination of:

• Athenticity, i.e.identifying genuine records of forebears
• Visiting actual work places and/or former homes of ancestors.
• Visiting places of worship attended by ancestors
• Replacing worn grave markers of deceased ancestors.
• Meeting with living relatives and or persons who may remember relatives.
