This evening, I am posting information on Durman family history as sourced from a family memorial stone at Cathcart Cemetery. This records the deaths of:

• Sgt Major Joseph Durman, 3rd Hussars, on Jan 26th 1901.
• Lieut. A Durman M.C. on Oct 15th 1917.
• Pte. Fred Durman on Nov 6th 1917, both of 24th Batt. E.F.
• Pte Wm Durman R.S. on Feb 20th 1919, interred in Montreal.
• Christina, wife of F.S. Budden on April 26th 1936, interred Montreal.
• Mary Ellen Moore, wife of Joseph Durman, June 16th 1936
