Ingram Ancestry, Glasgow, Scotland

This evening, I am posting information concerning Ingram family history as sourced from a memorial stone located at Eastwood Old Cemetery and which was erected by William and Annie Ingram in memory of twins, Helen and Willie, born at Nosshead Lighthouse on June 8th 1879 and died:

  • Helen on Sept 16th 1879
  • Willie on Dec 23rd 1906

Also:

George Ingram, Sgt., R.E. 2nd Q.O. S & M died at Bangalore, India on Jan 1st 1911 age 39 yrs.

  • Father, William Ingram died at Cambuslang on Dec 27th 1916 age 73 yrs.
  • Mother, Annie Simpson on Dec 30th 1925 age 84 yrs.
  • Daughter, Maggie Lee on June 9th 1954 age 85 yrs.

William Ingram who died at Lagvag (name of his house) Cambuslang was my great grandfather. How are you related to these Ingrams?
