This evening, I am posting information on MacDonald family history, as sourced from a memorial fountain at Glasgow Green.Thus was erected in memory of Hugh MacDonald (1817-1860) who was born Glasgow and became an author, poet, naturalist and chartist. He is buried in the Southern Necropolis.
