This records the death of John Ralph, a miller, who died in Gurroch ( Gourock?) on May 7th 1777. The stone is in remarkably good condition for its age.

This evening I am presenting an image a very old grave marker from Govan Old Church, near Glasgow.

This is a very old stone but in good condition.

It records the death of John Rouan of Greenhead who died in 1624 age 76 years.
