This afternoon, I am posting information on Christie family history as sourced from a memorial stone at Ramshorn Church Burial Ground.

The inscription is not clear but the following deaths can be discerned:

• Jean Smith Alexis S.C.K.D. wife to John Christie of the Excise, June 19th 1826.
• James Christie on Aug 1st 1826
