This evening, I am posting information on Hislop family history as sourced from a memorial stone at Cathcart Cemetery. This records the deaths of:

• Cameron Hislop, 7th Scottish Rifles, on Sept 25th 1917, age 22 years.
• David Hislop on Dec 28th 1936, age 67 yrs.
• Catherine Cameron on July 2nd 1938, age 72 yrs.
