This afternoon, I am posting information on Agnew family history as sourced from a memorial at Kirk Lane Burial Ground. This was erected by James and Thomas Agnew in memory of:

• Jane Thomson who died Jan 13th 1868, age 46 yrs.
• Thomas Agnew who died Aug 3rd 1890 age 75 yrs.
• Thomans Agnew, died at York on March 17th 1895, age 46 yrs.
• James F Agnew, M.D. of Melbourne, died in Glasgow on July 6th 1922, age 59 yrs.Husband of Dunbar Ainslie.
