This evening, I am posting information on Campbell family history as sourced from information at Eastwood New Cemetery.
The grave-marker is headed with a Latin inscription which translates as "Do Not Forget". This is the motto of the Duke of Argyll as Chief of Clan Campbell.
The inscription records the following deaths:
- William Campbell, 1902-1948
- Elizabeth Campbell, 1904-1997.
- Margaret Campbell, 1927-1927
- William Campbell, 1928-1985.
- Robert Campbell, 1930-1995
- Mary Campbell, 1i932-1976.
