This evening, I am reporting on Strachan family history as sourced from a memorial at Eastwood New Cemetery. This records the deaths of:
- James McNee Strachan, Pilot Officer, RAFVR. Born: Glasgow June 20th 1918, killed on active service on March 18th 1942.
- James Stoddart Strachan. Born Greenock April 13th 1883, Died Oct 3rd 1960.
- Mary Cruden Brighton, wife of James Stoddart Strachan. Born Jersey City, USA on Aug 5th 1889, died Glasgow Dec 29th 1969.
