Muir Ancestry, Paisley, Scotland

This evening, I am posting information on Muir family history, as sourced from a memorial at Castlehead Church Burial Ground. This stone was set up in 1801 to mark the burying place of:


  • Alexander Muir
  • Isabel Howie
  • Children of above
