I have a Barrie ancestor, Mary Barrie born about 1800 in Glasgow, daughter of James Barrie and Isabelle Ferguson. Mary married to George Horn and had two sons, Robert Houston Horn and George Horn. This family emigrated to Lanark, Ontario, CANADA circa 1850.
